Scarecrow Festival

Great Training Session

Another Great Session last night. Dael (and Kelvin from the Selby Club) were back from the Japan Trip and confirmed that the training we are getting from Sensei Mike is as good as the trainig they received in Japan. The Final entries for the Selby competition were received – they are now on the way to Sensei Paul – Good luck to everyone who is competing.

Free Introduction to Self Defence for Women

 Haxby Shotokan Karate Club is running a FREE 1-hour ‘Introduction to Self Defence’ session for women on Sunday 13^th May at Wigginton Recreation Hall from 10am- 11am and 1pm – 2pm. The free sessions are open to all women of any fitness level, age and mobility. You can even bring your kids along as we are also offering a free martial arts class for children aged 5 and above at the same time.
