Great training session last night. It was brilliant to see people from Selby down at the Club training. A photographer from The Press came and took a photo of Holly which should be in The Press sometime over the next few days. Sensei Paul presented Kian and Aaron Acaster with the Cup from winning Family Kata in the competition a couple of weeks ago.
